The Special Collections Research Center welcomes Andrea Rozier as the Johnson Family Grapevine Intern for 2023-2024!  Andrea is a first-year student from Lemoore who is planning to major in history.  She is excited to work on Grapevine Magazine, the only known African American magazine produced in the Central Valley, helping us increase awareness and its use for research worldwide.  In addition to scanning and indexing Grapevine Magazine, Andrea will promote it through various means throughout the academic year, gaining valuable experience in communications and outreach. 

This internship has been generously funded for the Library by the Johnson Family Foundation. The Johnsons are founders of the Grapevine magazine.
