Major: Social Work and Cross-Cultural Competence Certificate

Favorite part about working in the Library? My favorite part about working in the Library is how supportive the staff members are. They work schedule is flexible and I enjoy the environment.

How will this scholarship help? This scholarship will be incredibly helpful in paying for graduate school expenses such as tuition and books.

Plans after graduation? After graduation, I plan on getting my Master’s in Social Work and eventually become a Licensed Clinical Social Worker.


About the Dienstein Scholarship
Each year, one Student Assistant in the Library receives a $1,000 scholarship in memory of Professor Emeritus William Dienstein. To be eligible, the student must have worked in the Library for at least one semester and have a grade point average of 3.0 or higher.
