As finals week approaches, the Fresno State Library is once again extending its hours to support late-night study sessions—this time with a few helpful updates.
Thanks to continued sponsorship from Associated Students, Inc. (ASI) and the Fresno State Police Department (FSPD), the library will offer extended access during the busiest week of the semester.
Extended Hours for Finals Week:
- Sunday, May 10: Noon to 2 a.m.
- Monday, May 11 – Wednesday, May 13: 7:45 a.m. to 2 a.m.
Floors 1, 2, and 3 will be open for study during these extended hours, giving you plenty of space to focus and finish strong.
A few reminders:
- A Bulldog Card is required after 8 p.m., as usual.
- Check-out services will not be available after 11 p.m.
- ASI will be providing snacks for study spaces in the library
- Food delivery is allowed, but students will need to meet the drivers at the door to receive their orders.
One key change this semester: hours will be continuous, meaning you won’t need to exit and re-enter the building overnight. Fresno State Police Department and a library staff person will be on-site to help monitor the building and keep things running smoothly.
End of Finals Week Hours:
- Thursday, May 14 (last day of finals): 7:45 a.m. to 8 p.m.
- Friday: 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Whether you’re cramming, collaborating, or just need a quiet place to concentrate, the library is here for you. Good luck on finals, Bulldogs—we’re rooting for you!
